We purchased Katz n K9z in December 2011 and are thoroughly enjoying the lifestyle.
Who wouldn’t love playing with animals all day!

We were both in the New Zealand Police for a number of years. Steve was a Police Dog Handler and has trained general purpose police dogs, drug dogs, bomb dogs and Border Control dogs for the Ministry of Primary Industries.

We are an owner/operator business and our staff are all animal lovers dedicated to the job of caring for your pets.

KatznK9z has been operating for 35 years, providing pet owners with secure and friendly fully licensed boarding facilities.

Thank you for taking care of our dogs. Your care and attention is amazing. Our dogs hop out when we drop them of and have a great time. Together with the photo updates it really enables us to enjoy our holiday. We are so incredibly lucky our Dogs Luna and Hank and our cats get to go to a kennel and cattery such as this one. Marg and Steve run an absolutely phenomenal facility seeing the love devotion and care they show is beyond all expectations leaving us completely reassured. I truely cannot praise them enough we love seeing all the photos they post of our doggies on their vacation at Katz n k9z.
